Close new venue accounts and drive ARR growth. Field-heavy role covering Cairo, with seasonal travel to North Coast and Gouna.
What You'll Do
- Prospect & qualify decision-makers at restaurants, lounges, beach clubs, hotels, and event venues.
- Run discovery → demo → proposal → negotiation → close.
- Manage pipeline in CRM with strict stage definitions and next steps.
- Coordinate onboarding handoff with CS/KAM, ensuring clean implementation requirements.
- Build a referral engine with GMs/owners and partner ecosystems.
- Forecast weekly: pipeline coverage, close dates, risks, actions.
What Good Looks Like
- New qualified meetings per week.
- Demo-to-close rate, sales cycle length, and win/loss reasons.
- New ARR closed per month.
- Pipeline coverage of 3–4x monthly target.
- Data quality: every deal has a next step, close plan, and stakeholder map.
Must-Have
- 2–5 years B2B sales (SaaS / tech / hospitality tech preferred).
- Strong Arabic + good English.
- Comfortable with objections, pricing, and closing.
- Field selling across Cairo, Giza, Zamalek, Maadi, and New Cairo.
Nice-to-Have
- Prior experience selling to hospitality or hospitality-adjacent systems (POS, payments, CRM).
- Existing network of venue owners and operators.
Compensation
- Competitive base + commission tied to collected ARR.
