Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the FOH platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

FOH provides a hospitality intelligence platform that includes reservation management, event ticketing, waitlist management, marketing automation, and analytics tools (“Products”). The specific features available to you depend on your subscription plan.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Pricing is determined by your plan and the number of venues. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service (“Your Data”). You grant FOH a limited license to use Your Data solely to provide and improve the Service. We will not sell Your Data to third parties. Upon termination, you may request export of Your Data for up to 30 days.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (d) transmit any malicious code; or (e) use the Service to send unsolicited communications in violation of applicable laws.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, designs, text, and trademarks, is the property of FOH and is protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription term.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FOH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the Service will cease immediately. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cairo, Egypt.
