Define and ship the roadmap for FOH's core modules: Rez, Pass, Queue, Marketing, and Analytics.
What You'll Do
- Own the product roadmap for one or more FOH modules.
- Conduct discovery with venue operators to surface real pain points.
- Write tight PRDs and user stories that engineers can act on.
- Prioritise ruthlessly: high-impact, low-effort wins vs. strategic bets.
- Define and track success metrics for every feature shipped.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, and Sales to align on scope and timelines.
- Run structured feedback loops: interviews, NPS, support tickets, sales calls.

- Features shipped on time with measurable adoption.
- Reduction in support ticket volume post-feature launches.
- Sales win/loss rate improving on product-related objections.
- Clear, up-to-date roadmap that the whole team trusts.
Must-Have
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS product management.
- Strong analytical thinking, comfortable with data, dashboards, and metrics.
- Ability to write clear, unambiguous specs.
- Experience working closely with engineering in Agile/scrum environments.
Nice-to-Have
- Hospitality or operations software background.
- Familiarity with reservation, ticketing, or CRM systems.
- Arabic proficiency.
