• Summary statistics such as reservations or spending data

This information is displayed to the user to assist with caller identification.

2. Important Note About Accounts

The App does not allow users to create accounts directly within the application.

User accounts are created externally by the organization or system administrator, and login credentials are then provided to authorized users.

3. How We Use the Information

The collected and processed information is used solely for the following purposes:

• Identifying incoming callers

• Displaying caller-related customer information

• Enabling call notification popups and overlays

• Maintaining application stability and performance

• Improving the user experience and functionality of the App

We do not use this information for advertising or unrelated purposes.

4. Permissions Required by the App

To provide its functionality, the App may request the following Android permissions:

READ_PHONE_STATE and READ_CALL_LOG

Used to detect incoming calls and read the caller’s phone number in order to perform caller identification.

POST_NOTIFICATIONS

Used to display notifications related to calls or important app events.

SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW

Used to display the caller information popup over other applications during an incoming call.

FOREGROUND_SERVICE (Phone Call Type)

Used to run a background service that continuously monitors incoming calls and ensures the caller identification feature functions properly.

RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED

Used to restart the caller detection service automatically after the device is rebooted.

These permissions are used only for the core functionality of the App and not for any unrelated purposes.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.

However, the following data exchange may occur:

• The incoming phone number may be securely sent to FOH servers to retrieve associated customer information for caller identification.

No other external sharing occurs unless:

• Required by law

• Necessary to comply with legal obligations

We minimize the amount of data stored on the device or transmitted to our servers.
