We use your information to: (a) provide and maintain the Service; (b) process transactions and send related information; (c) send technical notices and support messages; (d) respond to your requests; (e) improve the Service through aggregated, anonymized analytics; and (f) protect against fraud and abuse.
3. Guest Data
Guest data entered into the platform (names, contact details, preferences, visit history) is owned by you, the operator. FOH processes this data on your behalf as a data processor. We do not sell guest data to third parties. We do not use guest data for purposes unrelated to providing the Service.
4. Data Sharing
We share your information only with: (a) service providers who help us operate the platform (hosting, payments, messaging); (b) when required by law or legal process; (c) to protect the rights, property, or safety of FOH, our users, or others. We require all service providers to maintain confidentiality.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256), regular security audits, access controls, and monitoring. While no system is 100% secure, we take all reasonable precautions to protect your data.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Upon account termination, you may request data export for up to 30 days. After that period, data is permanently deleted from our systems within 90 days.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to: (a) access your personal data; (b) correct inaccurate data; (c) request deletion of your data; (d) export your data in a machine-readable format; and (e) withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time.

We use essential cookies to operate the platform and analytics cookies to understand usage patterns. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may affect platform functionality.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
